We provide hypnotherapy sessions, coaching, and educational resources for personal development. Our services are delivered online for your convenience and include personalized audio recordings, live sessions, and ongoing support materials.
Who can use our services
You must be 18 or older to purchase our services. If you have medical or mental health conditions, please consult your healthcare provider before beginning any hypnotherapy program.
By using our services, you confirm you are legally able to enter into this agreement and that all information you provide is accurate.
Payment and subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions
- • Payments are taken monthly on the date you subscribe
- • You can cancel anytime from your client portal
- • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- • No refunds for partial months
One-time payments
- • Individual sessions are paid in advance
- • Sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase
- • Specialized programs have their own terms as outlined at purchase
Refunds and cancellations
Important: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by law.
Subscription cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your client portal. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Session rescheduling
Live sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Less than 24 hours notice may result in the session being counted as used unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Your responsibilities
- • Provide accurate information when signing up
- • Attend scheduled sessions or give adequate notice for changes
- • Keep your login credentials secure
- • Use recordings and materials only for personal use
- • Not share access to your client portal or recordings with others
- • Inform us of any changes to your health that may affect your program
What we provide

- • Access to your client portal during your subscription
- • Email or WhatsApp support as outlined in your program
- • Educational materials relevant to your program
Intellectual property
All content, including recordings, written materials, and website content, remains our property. You receive a personal license to use materials during your program but cannot share, distribute, or reproduce them.
Privacy and data protection
We take your privacy seriously. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
Important: Our services are for personal development and are not medical treatment. We cannot guarantee specific results.
